- Plan prices exclude VAT and a one-time activation fee of CHF 50 per plan. You will receive a 3-in-1 SIM card from Dätwyler IT Infra AG. Alternatively, you can activate an eSIM.
- Additional cards CHF 5 per SIM per month (maximum 4 cards).
- Number porting free of charge.
- Unlimited – Fair Use Policy: “National” includes Switzerland and Liechtenstein. “Unlimited minutes” and “unlimited SMS” are subject to a fair-usage limit of 3,000 minutes / 3,000 SMS per month.
- “Unlimited data usage” in Switzerland and Liechtenstein is subject to a fair-usage limit of 200 GB (gigabytes). After this, the speed is reduced for the rest of the month (to 256 kbit/s / 128 kbit/s),
but no additional costs are charged. Premium-rate and special numbers are excluded.
- Move Start additionally offers 100 MB/month of data in Switzerland for CHF 5/month.

Zone 1

Switzerland and Liechtenstein are treated as domestic territory.

Incoming calls: free of charge
Incoming SMS: free of charge
Outgoing calls: differentiated between domestic calls (CH/LI) and international calls (EU and other countries)
Data usage: billed in kilobyte increments
Billing increment: 30/1 (the first 30 seconds are always charged in full; thereafter billing is per second)

Zone 2

Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Mayotte, Malta, Réunion, Iceland, Norway, and all other EU countries.

Incoming calls: charged
Outgoing calls: possible to Switzerland & Liechtenstein, to a country in Zone 2 or 3, as well as to Zones 4, 5, and 6
SMS: can be sent to all zones
